Where is product stock located?

USA stock is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Canada stock is located in Listowel, Ontario, Canada (2 hour drive from Toronto).

How do I obtain a product catalog?

You can request a product catalog through the USA or Canada Regional Sales Manager assigned to your region. These representatives can be found in the "Contact" tab.

How do I obtain product literature?

Please contact a USA or Canada Inside Sales team member found under the "Contact" tab.

How do I obtain Service Manuals?

Who do I call for shipment date and or tracking information?

Please call or e-mail a USA or Canada Inside Sales team member with your inquiry. Refer to the "Contact" tab for USA and Canada representatives. In the USA, quick order status can be obtained by dialing 412-968-0100, then following the voice prompts to reach a Customer Care Representative. Please have the Benshaw order number (found on the Order Acknowledgment) handy to minimize waiting.

Who do I call for service?

Refer to the "Contact" tab for applicable Technical Service contacts. A 24 hour/ 7 day a week Hotline is supported. In the US, call 1-800-203-2416, in Canada, call 1-519-291-5112. Benshaw provides repair, spare parts, field engineering, retrofit, and training services.
