Our advanced diagnostics capabilities include electrical/electronics testing, infrared thermal imaging (performed by a Level I certified field service engineer), harmonics analysis and high pot testing.

Diagnostics results can be combined with a motor controls inventory to help Benshaw customers develop a proactive, multi-phased maintenace plan that reduces costly downtime. This plan includes a criticality ranking of inventoried equipment to determine whether maintenance should be time based, condition based or breakdown based. Root cause reports can also be provided to aid in the elimination of identified faults.

Once a preventive maintenance plan has been established, Benshaw can assist with plan implementation and scheduling. Based on the determinations of our equipment criticality ranking and root cause reports, Benshaw field engineers can also recommend a stocking program for spares to be held on site.

The result? Elimination of many costly equipment failures, increased equipment reliability, and on-hand replacement parts to facilitate rapid repair when control components do fail.
