Benshaw field service capabilities include; site inspections to establish installation requirements and to confirm that specified motor controls will meet application needs; pre-installation inspection of conduit and wire installations; electrical system inspections for proper voltage, distribution and ground; harmonics analysis; equipment installation and commissioning services; , start-up training and adjustment of operating parameters for optimal performance.

Field service technicians also perform diagnostic and repair services, control retrofit installations, hardware/software upgrades, control documentation services and preventive maintenance tasks on Benshaw and third party controls.
